The day includes:

•⁠ ⁠a pressed flower frame workshop with Erika @simonaugustyn , where you’ll create your own framed botanical artwork to take home
•⁠ ⁠a nervous system talk & breath work with Jas @jasjohalnutrition 
•⁠ ⁠a sprouting workshop with Lucy @occasionalnut (with a take-home sprouting kit)
•⁠ ⁠a nourishing lunch
•⁠ ⁠restorative yoga with Lucy
•⁠ ⁠finishing with Yoga Nidra deep relaxation with Jas
