Consultation & Investigation
Whether we are meeting in person or online, the initial consultation will last roughly 90 minutes and will include a full health history, discussion of main health goals, analysis of current diet and restrictions, interpretation of any recent tests and discussion of realistic achievable recommendations. Within 3 days of the initial consultation you will receive a personalised plan with dietary and lifestyle recommendations, referrals if needed and supplement recommendations. I will remain in email contact, checking in and responding to any questions you may have, between consultations.
If the consultation is in person, I may feel it is appropriate to run a bioresonance diagnostic check however, this is not always needed.

As a qualified Nutritional Therapist, I take the time to understand your unique health story, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we’ll create a bespoke plan that covers nutritional advice, lifestyle guidance, tailored supplements and potential testing.
I work with specialist labs that cover everything from gut health to DNA profiling and offer in-depth analyses and support. During the consultation we will ensure that all recommendations will feel realistic and sustainable, so you are set up to succeed as quickly as possible.

Bioresonance diagnostics
Our bodies should be able to heal and maintain a healthy homeostasis as long as internal conditions are right. Bioresonance is a powerful method of bringing the body into balance so that our own healing mechanisms can work more effectively.
The diagnostic and treatment process is carried out in a relaxed environment where you are able to sit comfortably and observe the process on a screen. You will be required to wear headphones and have your mobile phone switched off, but this is it!

Movement is about more than just fitness, it’s about reconnecting with your body in a way that feels good. With my background as a yoga teacher, I design personalised yoga and exercise plans that fit with your energy levels, mobility, and lifestyle.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, are returning to fitness or already have a practice, we’ll work together to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced. Sessions are always tailored to you either in person, sent as a plan or as a recorded lesson. I teach both group and privately out of the beautiful Studio Britford in Wiltshire, where you will find classes gentle when you need them, energising when you’re ready, and most importantly, enjoyable.
